By accessing or using JustRedactPDF, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Redact PDF online, remove sensitive information, and sanitize hidden data with a secure PDF redaction tool.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility and Authority

You represent that you are legally able to enter into these terms and that you have the authority to upload, process, and redact any files you submit through the service.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

• Use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Upload documents you do not have the right to process.
• Attempt to interfere with the service, bypass security, or access non-public systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the service beyond its intended functionality.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the files and content you submit. Except as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service, these terms do not transfer ownership of your content toNordvane LLC.

6. License to Operate the Service

You grant Nordvane LLC a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, transmit, and store your content solely as necessary to provide the service to you and meet legal, security, and operational requirements.

7. Redaction Output and User Verification

You are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it or sharing it with others. While the service is intended to permanently remove redacted content, you remain responsible for confirming that the output meets your legal, regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements.

8. Privacy

Use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which describes how information is processed and handled.

9. Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, branding, interfaces, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to Nordvane LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nordvane LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nordvane LLC from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk, or used the service in a way that could harm others or the platform.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The revised terms become effective when posted unless another effective date is stated.
